          In my second year as your President, I believe our association has made great strides in accomplishing the goals
          our Officers and Board of Directors have established.  In addition, the strategic plan we initiated last year is on            Marketing Plans                                           3,777  technical support calls taken

          The BPAA and Strike Ten Marketing staff has been working diligently to keep bowling top of mind in the public eye                 10,810  total marketing plans
          through our NEW Digital Marketing campaign.  While collaborating with an award-winning marketing agency from
          Los Angeles, that was introduced to us by Pepsi, we built a 2019 Holiday campaign to help build this top of mind
          awareness  and  drive  traffic  into  our  centers.    The  digital  marketing  campaign  alone  generated  a  tremendous      Government affairs
          number of engagements and shares (over 10 million), with over 6.5 million views.  The digital marketing campaign
          prefaced our second year of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in New York City.  More than fifty-five million
          people  watched  this  parade  to  kick-off  the  holiday  season.  What  an  excellent  way  to  promote  bowling  as  an

          2020.                                                                                                                          Other key developments include:
                                                                                                                                           •  MBS engaged the SBA regarding their determination to provide bowling proprietors with an exception process under the 504 Loan program.
          BPAA Membership has remarkably increased over the last six years.  The combined efforts by each department has
          contributed profoundly to this growth.  I am thrilled to announce that last year alone, 120 bowling centers joined                 MBS has taken steps to work with SBA on approved language and to educate proprietors. In 2020, the GA Committee will engage Congress to
