“It takes everyone for a company to be successful,”
observes Betti. “Everyone, not just leadership and manage-
ment, needs to believe in your company and its mission.
We take a very personal approach with our staff members,
recognizing their need to balance work and family life. Our
goal is to have our staff members retire with our company.”
While he has no crystal ball, Betti says he is confident his
company will continue to thrive.
“Responding to change is part of our company’s DNA,”
he stresses. “No matter what the technology is, we will
remain an important conduit in the industry because our
principles will transcend the products. You can’t control the
future, but you can control your principles, values and rela-
tionships.”
