DIVERSITY & INCLUSION COMMITTEE CHARGE
The BPAA Diversity Committee is assembled to assist the BPAA Executive Director make recommendations to the Board of Directors and on-going committees on developing, implementing and maintaining awareness of bowling efforts to address the needs of multicultural customer audiences, proprietors and employees.
The charge to the serve the members of the BPAA through assisting committees by providing support and information on diversity and inclusion while assuring bowling is for everyone.
- Develop products, promotions and services based on the needs of diverse demographic opportunity segments.
- Provide a resource to deliver information on marketplace changes.
- Elevate awareness and recognition of the areas the industry is pro-active on delivery against diversity issues (money raised, community service, and other philanthropic endeavors).
- Deliver the tools proprietors need to address, support and leverage the growth market segments and employee comprehension.
