                                                                                            Contract pricing is margin-based and requires a signed contract outlining margins
                                                                                            starting at 8%. The margin schedule is based upon a center’s average order size,

                                                                                            rebates. ALL centers wishing to enroll in the margin-based pricing must have a fully-
                                                                                            executed contract between the local SYSCO house and the center. Moreover,
                                                                                            all centers need to verify with BPAA that they are enrolled in either the full or
                                                                                            partial program.
