The following step-by-step guide is used to set up your BPAA-hosted email on your iOS (Apple) Device(s). Please note: The following guide was done on iOS Version 13.1.2. If you are using an older iOS version, the steps may vary slightly.
Please note that if you recently updated your iOS device to iOS 13 you will need to DELETE your email account from your device and then set it up once again on the device. You will NOT lose any emails or data as it is stored automatically on our servers here.
The account should now be successfully added to your iOS device. Be sure to test to make sure you can send and receive emails to the device to ensure it is working properly.
