The following is a step-by-step guide on how to block and unblock a sender/email address for your BPAA-hosted Email Address within the SmarterMail web portal.
Please note that changes can take anywhere from 24-72 hours or longer as the server will need to propagate the changes. If after that amount of time, you are still not (or are) receiving items from addresses that you have blocked, or unblocked, contact us for additional help.
