Changing the Password for BPAA-hosted Email in SmarterMail

The following is a step-by-step guide on how to change the password for your BPAA-hosted Email Address within the SmarterMail web portal.

 

  1. Once logged into SmarterMail, at the bottom left you will see a 9-Squared icon called Menu. Select this.
  2. Under this tab, click Settings.
  3. On the left-hand side click Accounts Settings.
  4. Here you will see a button at the top that says Change Password.
  5. Enter your Old Password (which is your current one).
  6. Enter the new desired password into the New Password field. Please note that the password needs to have a minimum of: 7 Characters, 1 Uppercase, 1 Lowercase, 1 Number and 1 Special Character.
  7. Re-enter the same newly desired password into the Confirm Password field.
  8. Click Save at the top to save your changes to your account.
