Creating New Email Addresses in SmarterMail 16

With the new SmarterMail 16 platform, you will now be creating any new email addresses you need for your domain through here rather than through the Parallels Plesk system like before. To create new email addresses for your domain, follow the step by step guide below. Should you need your login information for your domain administration email address, please do not hesitate to send in a support ticket by clicking the link either below or to the right of the page.

  • 1.) Go to mail.bpaamail.com and login with your domain administrator email address. This is typical the mail@whateveryourdomainis.com email address. If you are unsure of the login information, please send us a support request and we can provide this information to you.
  • 2.) When logged in, at the top left you will see a series of icons. Click the Menu Icon (9 little squares), then click on Domain Settings.
  • 3.) Now on the lefthand side, you will see a tab that says Accounts. Click this.
  • 4.) You will now see all of the email addresses for your domain. At the top of this list, you will see a button for New. Click this.
  • 5.) A pop-up window will appear titled New User. In each of the respective fields, enter in the username and password for the email address. In the Username field you only need to enter the first part of the email you wish to have created, not the full address. (Ex. leagues@). Leave the field for Authentication Mode as is. It is defaulted to its selection.
  • 6.) Once you have entered the information in fields, click Save at the bottom right.
  • 7.) Congrats, your new email address is now created and ready to go!
