EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE CHARGE
Per BPAA's CONSTITUTION & BYLAWS:
ARTICLE 11
Section 11.01a – EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE. The Executive Committee may act in place of the Board of Directors when authority is designated to it by the Board of Directors or in emergency situations where Executive Committee action is temporary and subject to ratification by the Board of Directors. It shall consist of the immediate Past President of the Association who shall serve as Chairman, the President, Vice-President (or President Elect), the Secretary, the Treasurer and two (2) additional members. The additional members shall be chosen from a pool of candidates, minimum of three (3) and maximum of four (4), submitted by the Nominating Committee with two (2) elected and approved by the Board of Directors. Candidates shall have a proprietary interest and be from those who are or have been members of the Board of Directors during the prior two (2) years and terms shall be one (1) year with the maximum of two (2) years. A quorum shall consist of four (4) members of the committee.
