Sysco and BPAA have renewed their partnership as of August 1, 2009, with stronger incentives to participating member centers. Deeper discounts for increased loyalty to Sysco brands and larger volume purchasing discounts for participating centers. The fixed margin percentages over Sysco’s actual cost assure members they are getting the best value for their dollar. Verification through audit and compliance checks give members peace-of-mind knowing that BPAA will see that prices stay in-line with the ever changing food market. This program is designed to assist the member in lowering the cost of goods, while driving revenue and profit contributions to the bottom line.
Components of the Partnership
I. MDA (Master Distribution Agreement) CONTRACT REQUIRED
Agreement is for off-invoice savings based on average delivery size.
<$1200.00 margin is 14.5% over landed cost (with street rep 16%)
>$1200.00 margin is 13% over landed cost (with street rep 14.5%)
>$1700.00 margin is 10% over landed cost (with street rep 11.5%)

Participation in MDA is automatic enrollment for Rebate Program.
II. Rebate Dollars(NO CONTRACT REQUIRED)
