We are in the process of finalizing our design for a 30 lane center. Our initial plan had 56 seats in the restaurant and 42 in the bar. Our architect came up with a slightly different plan, 200 aquare feet bigger, with over 130 seats in the restaurant and about 96 in the bar. This seems to big to me. Any thoughts? |
