BPAA’s Smart Buy Mystery Shop Program

TrendSource Inc. recently teamed up with BPAA as the Smart Buy Partner for their National Mystery Shopping Program.  This partnership provides all BPAA members with a higher quality mystery shopping program at a reduced price of $23.00 per location + required purchase reimbursement. 
Listed below is an overview of the Smart Buy program along with your personal login information so you can begin ordering mystery shops today.  If you have any questions, please contact Mike Linck (Mike’s contact information is below). 

Program Description:
A TrendSource mystery shopper will visit your center, posing as a regular customer, during your requested timeframe (i.e. Monday – Thursday evenings, Friday – Sunday evenings, etc.):
The mystery shopper will evaluate the Building Maintenance, Bowling Counter, Bar, Snack Bar, and Amusement Area. In addition, the mystery shopper will provide opinions and feedback on their experience.

• TrendSource mystery shopper will be at each location long enough to:
• Bowl 2 games and rent shoes
• Visit the bar & snack bar
• Visit the amusement area  

What is included in the $23.00 shop cost?

1. $23.00 Shop cost + $50 reimbursement that goes to mystery shoppers required bowling, snack bar and bar purchases. 
2. Ninety four (94) question survey with an emphasis on Hospitality

Results & Reporting:
Results will be received via email once the shop has been quality reviewed and posted. Once posted will receive an automated e-mail with your shop results once TrendSource has quality reviewed the shop data, and the information is posted to your secure website.   Reporting will include shop detail, summary and trending reports.
