The First 30 Days is the first of BPAA’s on-line courses to deal exclusively with management issues. This course teaches managers how to create a sense of “ownership” within their employee base. In the training modules, a manager will learn the specific skills necessary to create a productive work environment that will foster employee retention. This course focuses on an employee’s first 30 days with a bowling center; a time period that often frames the attitude and commitment from a new employee. The lessons include: Hiring and Ownership; Employee Orientation and Ownership; Training and Ownership and Management Style. The course gives a manager the opportunity to dramatically improve his or her skill sets. It will introduce concepts, ideas and practices that they may have never given thought to in the past. This course is unique in its approach and exciting in its application. Included are downloads of an employee application form and a list of quality interview questions. |
